The meeting will feature presentations and interactive discussions in two intertwined sessions.
The first session is the General Meeting of the Nordic/Baltic CCC-network hosted by SCCC. Prioritised topics include the elaboration of a white paper on data sharing between regions and countries for increased collaboration in research and preparations for the autumn meeting hosted by Karolinska CCC.
The second session will focus on mission-oriented innovation in personalised medicine and how to capitalize on the momentum in the EU to translate research and innovation to patient benefit and societal impact. A keynote speech by David Jonason, Innovation specialist at OECD Observatory for Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) will be followed by a panel with representatives from Testbed Sweden Precision Health Cancer, the PCM4EU consortium on precision diagnostics and the PRIME-ROSE consortium on pragmatical clinical trials in precision medicine:
