Dutch-Nordic Clinical Trial Network
The Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) are setting up national clinical precision cancer trials together, modeled on the very successful DRUP trial in the Netherlands. The Drug Rediscovery Protocol (DRUP trial) is a national Dutch multi-center, multi-drug, pan-cancer basket trial in which patients with an incurable malignancy, who have exhausted standard treatment options, are treated off label with registered targeted therapies and immune checkpoint inhibitors, based on their tumor molecular profile.
